But she passed away unexpectedly in August 2024. I decided to go in and order some wings. To have the memory of what my daughter would've enjoyed. I was crying my eyes out while ordering. • He Had A Lot Of Chicken To Give

Auntie Iroh When I worked at the gym a man would come in everyday at 6am & buy a red 3d energy drink before his workout. One morning there was a single can left so I set it aside for him. He was so happy he gave me like 100 free chicken sandwich cards from Chick-fil-A lol He owned the franchise in our town & I had no idea.
  • She Went The Extra Mile To Communicate

Chloe Had this review the other week, borderline had me crying 4 weeks ago Dine in ❘ £10-20 I visited in last week, and had to give a massive "Well Done" to the tall young lady (I think her name was Chloe). I witnessed first hand, how she used sign language, to communicate with a group of deaf customer. This in my opinion went above and beyond with the customer service experience. She is a credit to the business, and no doubt made the visit far more pleasant and enjoyable.
  • Making The Customer Feel Confident

athina I used to work for a phone company and old people would come in and need help setting up their entire phone from scratch. Sometimes they would forget all of their old logins so I had to reset it for them. New emails, contacts transfer, photo transfers, and everything and non of my coworkers would do it except me. Never stop being kind

She helped me reset my phone, combined my contacts, reset passwords and wrote down information for me to have for personal use. And then she was able to save me money by finding out that my account had a credit in it! She is personal, easy to understand and best of all did not make me fee
  • She Had Seen Her Before

I helped this one woman once at my job, she was probably in her 60s, and I'll never forget her looking at me after we talked and going "wow, I just really feel like we were best friends in another life, you know?" I've never seen her since

  • It Was A Serendipitous Kind Gesture

Christine | catsandclawsbeauty When I worked at partycity I had a lady that was honestly pretty harsh checking out. As I was doing her balloons she said "I'm sorry for being r de. Tomorrow is my wedding and my father won't be there". We don't know what people are going through. Kindness always. I gave her some extra balloons and funny enough she said you put 6!! His lucky number was 6. I'll never forget her. Hope she had a great wedding.

  • She Helped With His Exposure Therapy

lakiean_ I remember this guy used to come into 5 guys when I was the cashier (ages ago lol I'm old) and he would always make it through the door then run out. One day I caught him as I was sweeping the dining room and I walked over and asked if he needed help. So i told him I'll take the order and take your time bc I ha
  • He Was Happy To Be Remembered

ZUZU I almost made one of my older regulars cry once. He's kinda a scary older guy that gets one thing in our shop and doesn't like new people who don't know yet. We had one pack left so I saved it behind the counter. Gosh the look on his face when I ran out from the back with it. He couldn't stop thanking me and calling me sweetheart. He now always smiles at me even if I don't help him. It's just the small things people don't think of that really touch hearts.
